A Brief Overview

Partners with the Arbitration Practice Administrators on arbitration case coordination. Coordinates administration and operations management within the arbitration practice team. Provides case management support as well as performs a wide variety of administrative, coordination, and program support activities.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Communicates and meets with Arbitration Practice Administrators and local managers to discuss case issues.
  • Provides basic administrative support for the Arbitration Practice team.
  • Serves as Arbitration Practice Administrator apprentice, competent to provide coverage in their absence.
  • Develops overall Arbitration Practice Administrator skills, enhancing the client experience.
  • Supports clients and Arbitration Practice Administrators from receipt of demand through appointment and pass-off.
  • Other duties as assigned within similar scope.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline. Preferred
  • 2-4 years of working in an administrative or case management role. Required
  • 2-4 years of working in legal and client service role. Plus
  • 1-3 years For internal candidates, proven ability as an Administrative Assistant, Client Services (AACS), or similar position. Required
  • Proficiency in all ADR processes and procedures. (Required proficiency)
  • Knowledge of Panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (RC). (Plus proficiency)
  • Computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position. (Required proficiency)
