Requirements

The AR/AP Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily financial operations of a high-volume, member-owned private Country Club. This position is responsible for processing accounts payable, managing accounts receivable activities, reconciling accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with member billing support, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions across all club departments.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer service focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Two years experience required.
