As the AR/AP Officer, you will report directly to the AR Team Lead and be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to ensure payments are received and supplier invoices are recorded accurately and on time. You’ll play a key role in maintaining up-to-date records and resolving discrepancies in line with company policies and procedures.
At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise, plan, and organise work to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of tasks
