Arabic < > English OPI/VRI Interpreters – Remote
Future Group Translation and Localization Services is hiring professional Over-the-Phone (OPI) and Video Remote Interpreters (VRI) to join our international team. Position: OPI/VRI Interpreter

  Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete interpretation services between Arabic and English.
• Ensure clear and professional communication across various industries, particularly healthcare
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to the Interpreter’s Code of Conduct
• Demonstrate excellent note-taking, listening, and memory retention skills.
• Continuously improve through internal training and professional certifications.
• Follow all technical and dress code requirements for remote interpretation.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Native Arabic speaker
• 1+ years of OPI/VRI experience in a recognized interpretation company.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology (legal terminology is a plus).
• International certifications in healthcare interpretation (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA) are a plus.
• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
• Minimum high school diploma in the native language.

Technical Requirements:

• Internet: Private, high-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
• System: Windows 10 or higher, Intel Core i5+ processor, 8GB RAM minimum
• Equipment: Wired noise-canceling headset with built-in microphone (no wireless devices).
• No external devices (tablets, cell phones, etc.) are allowed for work.
