The ideal candidate should have excellent Arabic and English speaking skills , good computer knowledge, a professional appearance, and a customer-focused attitude. Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests professionally. Handle guest enquiries, calls, and basic front-desk requests. Provide information about hotel/resort facilities and services. Manage basic guest records, data entry, and reception documentation. Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments. Maintain a professional and organised reception area. Communicate confidently with guests in Arabic and English . Provide a high standard of customer service. Requirements Male candidates only. Fluent Arabic and English speaking skills are mandatory. Good computer skills. Professional appearance and communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Polite, confident, and presentable personality. Previous hotel/resort or receptionist experience is an advantage. Freshers can apply if they meet the language and computer-skill requirements. Willing to work in Al Ain, UAE.
