Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Arabic-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Arabic-speaking clients, providing tailored customer solutions that meet their needs and enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Arabic-speaking clients
- Understand and analyze client requirements to deliver tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions offered
- Identify opportunities for service improvement based on client feedback
- Assist with onboarding and training new clients
- Stay informed of company products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer support or consulting preferred
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; You must have an EU passport.
