Job Description

Kraft Heinz is looking for AR & trade investment Supervisor Africa & Trading, this role will ideally lead Africa & Trading customers (Export), Balance sheet reporting (BlackLine), and Support AR & Trade Investment Manager with new projects or system enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Business partner with sales functions for both Africa & Trading customer plus Affiliates. (30 Customers)
  • Work closely with the sales teams on aligning with company policies and procedures to drive performance excellence.
  • Ensure that all claims for Trade drives & MT Incentives are accurately in line with the approved contract and approved according to the SOA. Plus ensure proof of performance process is in place.
  • Own the discussions with the distributors for collections/ settlement.
  • Conduct a quarterly reconciliation with the Distributors & Follow up with AR for other customers.
  • Handle the contract management process with the sales team.
  • Assess the accruals needed and the related A&M curve build-up and share it with AR and TI manager for approval along with the finance controller.
  • Ensure proper compliance and adherence to the AR and trade spend policies and procedures.
  • Conduct review for Trade drives and incentives claims received from the distributors.
  • Prepare the monthly D&A actuals V.s Accrual and share & investigate the result.
  • Follow up ageing & collections with commercial and Africa & Trading customers.
  • Share detailed aging with the action plan required with the commercial team & all customers on weekly basis to accelerate collection.
  • Assist AR & TS manager with monthly AR DEC presentation.
  • Work closely with the trade investment manager on the monthly cause of change and related commentaries.
  • Ensure that proper deep analysis is supported on monthly basis for the rout cause of P&L movements
  • Intercompany Accounts Receivable responsibilities, by control and monitoring all cross charges with affiliates.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent. (Qualified certificate would be preferred).
  • Work Experience: (Not less than 4 ) years of relevant experience. (FMCG would be preferred).
  • Language Knowledge: Arabic and English
