The AR Rebates Analyst is responsible for performing Rebates activities included in the Order to Cash (OTC) process for the Molson Coors organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create in ERP system the contractual prices/discounts/rebates conditions
• Establish and ensure compliance to a Pricing & Rebates approval process, ensuring that the data is aligned with the business needs
• Manage data and data integrity across systems
• Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Order to Cash changes
• Understand & action Order to Cash Processes in accordance with the Process Maps and SOP's and updates SOP’s when the process is amended
• Root cause and address Order to Cash issues highlighted by Order to Cash Validation checks
• Ensure process adherence for Order to Cash, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization
• Ensure that pricing requests are handled in a timely manner and followed up regularly
• Resolve any problem areas of existing data integrity and provide solutions going forward
• Drive Order to Cash Best Practice and optimization
• Maintenance & cleansing of Order to Cash to ensure high quality Order to Cash is consistently achieved
• Ensure process adherence for Order to Cash, sharing and driving best practice throughout the organization

Skills and relevant work experience:

Required:

• Order to cash/finance experience
• Very good analytical skills and detail oriented in all tasks carried out
• Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
• Good Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Good English Level

Preferred:

• Awareness and understanding of “end to end” impacts of Business Processes and Data across the business
• SAP experience

Pay and Benefits:

Our Total Rewards package includes a gross base salary of lei103,300.00 - lei135,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 12 % target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages: a medical subscription (with dental and vision coverage), life insurance, a monthly budget to spend on flexible benefits, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme and 22 days annual leave with additional days off for vintage and birthday.

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non‑discriminatory factors, such as previous experience, skills and internal equity.
