Job Description

Experts in the art of hospitality, Idaho Central Arena and Block22 Companies create memorable experiences. We are a destination for experiences beyond the ordinary, the heart of downtown Boise. As a Concessions Runner at IC Arena, you’ll provide friendly, timely delivery of food and beverages from the concession stand to guests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Retrieve prepared food and beverage orders from concession counters
• Promptly and accurately deliver orders to guests in designated seating or service areas
• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate clearly with concessions servers to ensure order accuracy
• Assist with restocking supplies at delivery stations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety standards
• Navigate busy and crowded areas safely and efficiently
• Represent the venue in a friendly and professional manner at all times
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Must be available to work event schedule (mostly Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (4+ hours)
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs while navigating through crowds
