The Division:

JonasSoftware is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Club, Foodservice, Construction, Leisure Fitness & Sports, Attractions, Metal Service Centers, Moving & Storage, Education, Radiology/Laboratory Information Systems, Salon & Spa and Consumer Product Licensing industries. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Collections Manager, the core responsibilities of the position are as follows:

• Download bank statements from RBC, WellsFargoand Nat West – Daily (30+ bank accounts)

• Post andapplyincoming payments (as assigned) to the customer accounts within GP - Daily

• Enter GL payments asrequiredfrom Cash receipts

• Maintain internal filing system online

• Other duties asrequired

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office – Intermediate in Excel

• Microsoft Great Plains knowledge a plus

• Strong overall computer skills

• Maintaina high levelof professionalism while working with clients (external and internal)

• Highly proficient at multitasking

• Willing to work ina veryfastpaced,high volumeenvironment

• Must be comfortable taking initiative and be able to work with minimal supervision

• Proven ability to work as part of a team

• Must be detail oriented

• Flexibility to work overtime at critical periods whenrequired

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet performance targets asestablishedby management

• Solid administrative and organizational skillsa mustwith ability to adjust and respond professionally to changing priorities and ad hoc issues
