AR Accountant
Manager: Justyna Mrowińska

Responsibilities:

• Daily bank statement booking
• Posting documents in the area of receivables,
• Resolving discrepancies on cash allocation
• Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes,
• Participation in projects within Cash Application area,
• Preparing & analyzing data for daily and monthly reporting,
• Cooperating with colleagues from: GBS P2C teams, Strategic Partner, Business Stakeholders on daily duties and Month End Close tasks,
• Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines,
• Everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries (including scheduling or participating in meetings)

Your Profile:

• At least 2- year of experience in accounting, in SSC is nice to have,
• Good command of English, written and oral (B2 at least)
• Advanced level of Excel skills will be an advantage,
• Seek for improvements & automations,
• Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) would be an asset.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to organize your own time,
• Willingness to learn and develop in the accounting area.
• Ability to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office.
