The Med-Metrix University A/R Academy is a 12-week structured training program designed to equip individuals, especially career shifters, with the foundational skills needed to succeed in Healthcare Accounts Receivable and Revenue Cycle Management. Open even to those without prior healthcare or billing experience, the program covers key areas such as the healthcare revenue cycle, insurance and payer processes, A/R workflows, communication skills, and compliance basics like HIPAA. It offers a supportive, hands-on learning environment with real-world simulations, performance coaching, and assessments, culminating in a completion certificate and potential deployment to operational roles. As a paid training program, it prepares participants for immediate production work while providing long-term career growth opportunities in roles such as A/R Specialist, Claims Follow-up, Denial Management, and leadership tracks within Med-Metrix.

Qualifications
• College graduates – no experience required
• High School graduates – must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
• Must be willing to work under a predominantly day shift schedule, with flexibility for other shifts when needed
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Must be willing to undergo rigorous structured training in the RCM field
Working Conditions
• Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to move around the work area; Sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, computer peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear. Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor as needed
• Mental Demands: The employee must be able to follow directions, collaborate with others, and handle stress.
• Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
