As an Aquatics Team Leader/Supervisor, you'll have the unique opportunity to lead and develop a team of swim instructors while ensuring that our students are learning in a safe, positive, and supportive environment. What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of enthusiastic swim instructors who are just as passionate about aquatics as you are!
• Ensure water safety and compliance in all classes.
• Mentor and develop new instructors, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations with a focus on creating a fun, empowering experience for both instructors and students.
• Build a team-oriented culture that celebrates teamwork, growth, and personal development.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–3 years of leadership or management experience (aquatics, coaching, or youth sports preferred).
• A desire for a long-term career in aquatics and education.
• Enthusiasm for working with children and empowering others to succeed.
• A commitment to building a strong, supportive team culture.
• Ability to work in water for up to 8 hours a day and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation: $35,360.00 per year
