This employee will be tasked with assisting the Aquatic Education Section with a variety of duties including:
A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
Basic working knowledge of South Carolina freshwater fisheries, fish identification, sampling and protocols. Ability to work under potentially adverse weather conditions. Competent in computer word processing and data management programs such as PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365. Ability to work varying hours on weekday/weekends as well as various holidays. Ability to swim and feel comfortable in and around water in all weather conditions.
