Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Cabana Host is responsible for us and sales of cabanas. Answer incoming guest, internal and external calls including radio communications, assist with cabana check in and wait lists, prepare, and stock cabanas for guests, perform opening and closing tasks for cabanas. You will report to the Water Parks and Pool Operations Director.
Primary Tasks:
1. You will manage all inquiries and sales of cabanas in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Organize cabana booking reservations to ensure accurate billing.
3. Manage booking application with all current reservations.
4. Communicate with hotel guest and non-hotel guest by email and phone.
5. You will check in guest to their designated cabana.
6. Attend weekly operation meetings.
7. Coordinate with operations to ensure customer service.
8. Deliver excellent guest service.
9. Act as liaison to call center to assist with guest questions or challenges.
10. Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Excellent oral and written communication techniques
· Expert knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
· Proficient knowledge of sales
