DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive APQP process for new products from concept to mass production. 
Work with Product Design (PD) team to review design, identify risks (DFMEA/DRBFM), and ensure manufacturability. 
Develop and maintain quality documents: Control Plan, PFMEA, Inspection Criteria, SPC Plan, and Q-Run plan. 
Lead tooling and process qualification, including capability validation (Cp/Cpk). 
Plan and execute reliability, validation, and cosmetic evaluations according to customer requirements. 
Prepare and submit PPAP to customers; review and approve supplier PPAPs. 
Lead supplier qualification and audits for new projects. 
Manage customer complaints and drive 8D problem-solving for NPI-related issues. 
Support pilot build, ramp-up, and handover to mass production (MP). 
Work with cross-functional teams to improve process capability and product quality. 

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Materials or related). 
More than 3 years working experience in quality engineering or AQP/NPI in electronics or connector industry.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D methodologies. 
Experience in supplier quality management and audit. 
Familiar with injection molding, stamping, assembly processes preferred. 
Good understanding of cosmetic/visual inspection standards. 
Excellent problem-solving and data analysis capability. 
Good communication skills in English and Chinese. 
Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949) is preferred.
