As a Scheduler you will independently manage project and program schedules to support production and execution goals. You will apply advanced scheduling expertise to plan, analyze, and report schedules while coordinating across Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and other teams. You will act as a trusted resource within the scheduling function, supporting decision‑making, problem resolution, and continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role. You will report to Director of AP 1000 Project. The team is working 4 days per week at the office.
Independently develop, maintain, and manage detailed project and production schedules according to project goals.
Prepare, analyze, and communicate schedule reports for projects and programs, identifying risks, impacts, and improvement opportunities.
Apply expert knowledge of scheduling principles and tools to multiple standard and non‑standard scheduling situations.
Work with minimal guidance, routinely determining work priorities and managing time to meet agreed‑upon targets and deadlines.
Coordinate scheduling activities with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and other partners.
Interpret customer and partners needs, assess requirements, and develop scheduling solutions for non‑standard requests.
Use best practices and awareness of internal and external business issues to improve scheduling processes, deliverables, and outcomes.
Manage schedule‑related cost and performance impacts within own scope of responsibility.
Solve moderately complex scheduling and operational problems by applying new perspectives to existing approaches.
Explain complex or difficult scheduling issues and work collaboratively to establish understanding and agreement.
Act as a resource, coach, and guide for less experienced schedulers and team members.
Promote teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the project controls and scheduling function.
Perform other duties as assigned to support project, program, or functional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant cost analysis, finance, accounting, or Project Controls experience.
We do not require professional certifications but find them advantageous. Relevant credentials may include scheduling software certifications or project controls certifications such as PMI‑SP, PMP, or AACE coursework.
Advanced knowledge of scheduling methodologies, tools, and Project Controls practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills
Proven problem‑solving ability for moderately complex and non‑standard issues
Capability to interpret customer and stakeholder requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Clear and effective communication skills, including explaining complex concepts and building consensus
Cost awareness and ability to monitor and control impacts within own work
Coaching and mentoring skills for developing less experienced team members
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Understanding of how scheduling activities connect to broader business and operational objectives
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 11,416 to 14,266 PLN gross per month.
In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
