Ce cours porte sur l’étude des approches, méthodes et étapes de la recherche en enseignement en santé. Examen de la complémentarité de divers types de recherche dans le contexte de la pédagogie et l’enseignement en santé.

Requirements:

  • Formation doctorale en éducation, en sciences de la santé ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Solides connaissances en méthodologie de la recherche, incluant les approches qualitatives et quantitatives, ainsi qu'une compréhension approfondie des fondements épistémologiques de la recherche en éducation en santé.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la recherche en pédagogie des sciences de la santé et de leurs répercussions sur les apprenants, les enseignants et le système de formation professionnelle postsecondaire.
  • Expérience en enseignement en ligne auprès de cliniciens, idéalement dans un contexte interprofessionnel en santé.
  • Expérience dans l’enseignement et l’évaluation de travaux écrits, avec capacité à offrir une rétroaction formative.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (parlé et écrit), ainsi qu’aptitude à corriger la langue dans les travaux des étudiantes et étudiants.
  • Maîtrise des outils technologiques nécessaires à l’enseignement en ligne, notamment BrightSpace, Zoom et Zotero.
