Chief Data Officer

Chief Executive Officer

Direct Reports:

Head and other Management grades, in areas such as Data Integrity, AI Application, Customer Intelligence, Analytics, Data & Records Management

Role Location:

Full-time Head Office, Malta, and/or as may be agreed

Role Level:

C-Suite, Executive Committee, other (Board and/or Management) committees

Role Purpose:

Helps to build an information-driven organisation by leveraging data, analytics and AI to create sustainable competitive advantage, better decision-making and innovative customer solutions

Role Expectations:

a) Champions data as a strategic asset

b) Promotes data governance and innovation

c) Enables insight-led decisions and business opportunities

d) Helps build analytical and digital capability

Competencies:

Relevant degree/professional qualification; senior management experience; change and transformation leadership. Exposure to: new financial technologies (preferable); banking and financial services (desirable); and, in regulatory engagement.
