APS Supervisor
•Lead the end-to-end deployment of Lean Manufacturing (APS) across shop floor and support functions, integrating continuous improvement methodologies and digital tools to drive productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization
•Drive performance and business impact by managing KPIs/OPIs, leading Policy Deployment, conducting APS maturity assessments, and embedding financial discipline to improve operational margins and ensure sustainable results
•Champion transformation and capability building by leading strategic initiatives (VSM, line balancing, layout optimization, JIT, continuous flow) while developing talent through coaching, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring standardization and replication of best practices (yokoten)
•Act as a transformation leader and change agent, coaching and mentoring APS teams, driving problem-solving culture, ensuring compliance with standards, challenging the status quo, and accelerating digital transformation through the adoption of software, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions
•Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement projects
•Proven track record deploying or sustaining Production Systems (APS, TPS, or similar)
•dvanced English with strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)
