
This position will be based out of Coffeyville, but will float to our clinics in Allen, Montgomery, Anderson, and Labette counties in Kansas. This is a full time position and will be required to work 1 weekend per month.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This position is part of the medical clinical team. This position is responsible for providing primary care and/or walk in care services, including assessing and managing patients in the clinic following established standards of practice. This position shall be authorized to make independent decisions about advanced practice clinical needs of families, patients and medical decisions based on scope of practice. Providers working in Oklahoma facilities will practice under the authorization of collaborative practice with one or more physicians.

Medicare, Medicaid, KanCare and private insurance are accepted. Discounted rates for services are available for those meeting financial assistance guidelines. No-one is refused care due to inability to pay.
