Brindar soporte integral al equipo comercial de televentas en 7 países, proporcionando acompañamiento y capacitación en temas relacionados con el rol del televendedor, así como apoyo al analista cuando sea requerido; además, respaldar la operación en caso de ausencias del equipo y colaborar en el proceso de informes de analistas cuando no se requiera apoyo en la operación de contactabilidad a clientes, asegurando la continuidad y eficiencia operativa.
