APRENDIZ RPA (DESARROLLO)
Seras responsable del primer nivel de atención para la mesa de servicio en ServiceNow, pre-análisis de los requerimientos escalados al área de RPA, monitoreo permanente de la operación que permita la identificación de fallos o problemas, es decir, que moniteree a través del Orquestador, el buen funcionamiento y falencias de la automatización, construcción de reportes del área, a través de una bitácora donde documente los errores.
