Sobre a Vaga
A Kidde está em busca de um(a) Jovem Aprendiz para apoiar as atividades administrativas da área de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (EHS). Esta é uma excelente oportunidade para desenvolver conhecimentos profissionais, adquirir experiência corporativa e contribuir com processos relacionados à segurança do trabalho, gestão documental e suporte administrativo da área.
Principais Responsabilidades
• Auxiliar nas atividades administrativas do departamento de EHS.
• Organizar e controlar registros de entrega de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e treinamentos.
• Alimentar e atualizar planilhas eletrônicas e controles internos.
• Apoiar o controle, arquivamento e organização de documentos da área.
• Participar de reuniões e auxiliar na elaboração de atas e registros quando necessário.
• Dar suporte à comunicação com prestadores de serviços e parceiros do departamento.
• Elaborar e responder e-mails sob orientação da equipe.
• Auxiliar em atividades gerais e projetos da área, conforme demanda.
Qualificações Básicas
• Estar cursando ou ter concluído o Ensino Médio.
• Ter disponibilidade para atuar no programa de aprendizagem conforme a legislação vigente.
• Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office (Word, Excel e Outlook).
Qualificações Desejáveis
• Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
• Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
• Proatividade e vontade de aprender.
• Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.
• Interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos nas áreas de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (EHS).
