APQP Quality Engineer (f/m)

Our future engineer will:

• Conduct and control tasks in the field of APQP
• Conduct and submit PPAP/FAI documentation to the customer
• Implement system requirements IATF 16949, ISO TS 22163
• Support in creating DFMEA and PFMEA
• Lead customer complaint handling according to Automotive Industry standard
• Co-decide in the product implementation process
• Support and coordinate internal and external quality audits (clients, CB, etc.)
• Conduct trainings
• Cooperate with Engineering, production and SCM
• Use the ERP / PLM system and Master Data management

Our future engineer should have:

• Technical University graduate, preferable Mechanical or Electronic profile
• Experience in Industry (Space/Defence/Aviation, Automotive, Railway or Medical) - minimum 3 years of similar position
• Experience in Advanced Product Quality Planning, including product release (FAI, PPAP)
  
• Knowledge of Automotive Q-Core tools and their practical application
• Knowledge and experience in work with at least 2 mentioned standards:
  ISO 9001, EN 9100, IATF 16949, ISO 22163, ISO 13485
• Experience in internal auditing for higher quality standards (e.g. IATF, IRIS…)
• Statistical analysis skills
  
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken) – min. B2
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP system
