OVERVIEW Join the innovative team at Xerox Human Capital Management, where we are transforming HR through technology and digital innovation. We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support our Sales Incentive Compensation initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional with strong knowledge of Human Capital Management, especially Total Rewards and Sales Incentive Compensation, and who thrives on applying technology to deliver high-impact business outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the Sales Incentive Compensation team to configure, optimize, and support technology solutions that align with compensation strategies. Execute system changes, testing, and validation in support of incentive plan updates and operational needs. Support data integration and reporting across HCM and Sales Incentive Compensation platforms. Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to troubleshoot, enhance, and sustain incentive systems. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of incentive calculations through system execution and monitoring. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field. 3+ years of experience in HRIS, with exposure to Total Rewards or Sales Incentive Compensation systems. Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions Cloud. Strong data management, reporting, and analysis skills. Demonstrated ability to execute projects and system enhancements within a complex enterprise environment.
