TotalEnergies EP Italia is TotalEnergies’ Exploration and Production affiliate in Italy, playing a key role in the development and operation of energy assets. We contributes to the country's energy supply while maintaining a strong focus on safety, environmental protection, and sustainability. Tempa Rossa is an onshore project with complex industrial processes for producing various products with stringent specifications (crude oil, LPG, commercial gas and liquid sulfur) situated in a remote, mountainous and sensitive area of Basilicata Province in Southern Italy, with poor industrial infrastructures. The Italian legal context is particularly constraining due to complicate laws, heavy and lengthy Call For Tender processes, and not easy contract administration.
The Job holder carries out the activities according to the existing laws, the Modello 231 adopted by Company and doesn’t infringe the provisions therein stated. The Job holder respects the Compliance, Code of Conduct, Ethic Chart, HSE Chart, and Italian legislation like but not limited to Fire prevention compliance (VVF) under DPR 151/2011, DM 13/10/1994 and subsequent updates, SEVESO III DIRECTIVE and all procedures and rules of Affiliate and Group, promoting their diffusion and correct application at working site.
-Act as the Affiliate Lifting Technical Authority, serving as the primary point of contact and technical advisor for all lifting-related matters across the organization;
-Review and approve all lifting plans, including both critical and non-critical lifting operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safe execution;
-Monitor and report lifting performance, providing monthly KPI reports and recommendations to management to support continuous improvement;
-Facilitate lifting assurance and audit activities, including planning internal lifting audits, and managing interactions with auditors and site management;
-Promote operational excellence and innovation, identifying opportunities to improve lifting practices, safety performance, and overall affiliate effectiveness.
