Job Description

Nestled in the heart of Paris, The Peninsula Paris enjoys an exceptional location just steps away from some of the world's most iconic landmarks, museums, and luxury boutiques. This magnificent Haussmann-style building features 200 luxurious guestrooms, including 93 of the city's most spectacular suites.

In collaboration with the exceptional team at The Peninsula Paris, we are looking for a Finance Apprentice to join us from September 2026.

Key Responsibilities :

Revenue Control

  • Reconcile daily revenue figures.
  • Review complimentary items, free-of-charge services, Infrasys (POS) corrections, complimentary rooms, and house use.
  • Conduct operational audits.

Accounting

  • Monitor the receiving process and ensure accurate recording of food and beverage costs.
  • Prepare supplier payments.
  • Record accruals and reversals for month-end closing.
  • Assist in the calculation of the weekly food cost ratio.

Profile :

  • Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS), such as Shiji Daylight, would be an advantage.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation & Benefits :
