missions :

Intégré(e) à l'équipe RH du site Ceva Ecat-iD, spécialiste de la conception d'équipements innovants pour la santé animale, vous contribuez au déploiement des politiques RH et la gestion quotidienne du service. Vous participerez notemment à :
- La préparation des données variables de paye
- Le déploiement du plan de formation
- La préparation de réunions de CSE
- La gestion du travail temporaire
- La gestion des recrutements (préparation d'offres, tri de CV, pré-qualification...)
- La préparation et l'animation d'opérations de communication interne, de qualité de vie au travail

profile :

Aisance relationnelle
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (excel, word, power point)
Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité, capacité d'analyse
Anglais : capacité à tenir une conversation simple

Niveau Master ou équivalent
