Vous interviendrez comme Apprenti (e) RH au sein de l’équipe Ressources Humaines HPE France.
Votre mission consistera à :
Contribuer activement à la mise en œuvre et au suivi du programme Diversité et Inclusion
Créer, mettre à jour et améliorer les contenus de support RH, en veillant à la qualité et à la pertinence des réponses apportées aux salariés et aux managers
Contribuer aux projets RH déployés localement
Assister l'équipe RH (collectes et saisies d’informat
ions RH, administration du personnel)
Rédiger des communications et des supports RH à destination des salariés et des managers
Qui vous êtes
Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en RH ou une discipline connexe.
Qualités / connaissances requises :
Dynamique, esprit d’initiative : vous aimez travailler sur une multitude de projets.
Organisation et rigueur.
Bonnes capacités de communication, discrétion & confidentialité.
Sens de la collaboration : goût du travail en équipe, vous aimez construire des relations solides avec vos interlocuteurs.
Anglais lu, écrit, parlé
