A qui êtes-vous rattaché ?

Au sein du service maintenance, l’apprentis ingénieur(e) de maintenance travaillera sous la responsabilité du superviseur maintenance.

Il (elle) sera intégrer au sein de l’équipement maintenance et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les techniciens (nes).

Quelles seront vos futures missions ?

Réaliser des interventions de maintenance en compagnie des techniciens (nes) du service maintenance puis en autonomie :

Intervention de maintenance corrective

• Identifier des causes de défaillances et réaliser la remise en état
• Être force de proposition dans l’amélioration de la fiabilité et de la maintenabilité des équipements
• Participer aux analyses méthodes RCA, 5 P

Intervention de maintenance préventive

• Réalisation de gammes de maintenance préventives
• Création, Modification de procédures de contrôles

Intervention de fiabilisation :

• Etudie de modification d’amélioration de la fiabilité
• Mise en place des modifications

Quel(le) étudiant(e) recherchons-nous ?

Liste des compétences recherchées :

• Vous maitrisez le pack office windows.
• Vous avez un intérêt pour la technologie
• Vous possédez un bon sens relationnel.
• Vous êtes autonome et flexible
• Lecture de schéma électrique et mécanique
• Automatisme (TIA)

Expérience nécessaire :

• 1 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la maintenance
• Des connaissances en commande numérique et machine-outil
• Un diplôme (BTS/BUT) obtenu en relation avec le domaine de la maintenance

Who will you report to?

Within the maintenance department, the maintenance engineering apprentice will work under the responsibility of the maintenance supervisor.

He/She will be integrated within the maintenance equipment team and will work closely with the technicians.

What will your future missions be?

Carry out maintenance interventions together with the technicians of the maintenance department, then independently:

Corrective maintenance interventions

• Identify the causes of failures and carry out repairs/restoration
• Be proactive in improving the reliability and maintainability of equipment
• Participate in RCA and 5 Whys method analyses

Preventive maintenance interventions

• Carry out preventive maintenance routines
• Create and modify inspection procedures

Reliability improvement interventions

• Study modification projects aimed at improving reliability
• Implement modifications
  

What kind of student are we looking for?

• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• You have an interest in technology.
• You possess good interpersonal skills.
• You are autonomous and flexible.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical diagrams.
• Automation systems (TIA).
  

Required experience:

• 1 year of experience in the maintenance field
• Knowledge of CNC systems and machine tools
• A BTS/BUT diploma obtained in relation to the maintenance field
