La mission consisterait à :
1/ Contribuer à la formalisation du budget Base 0 (BBZ) pour remettre en question nos capacités de production
2/ Réaliser le suivi et l'analyse des évolutions des coûts unitaires de maintenance, proposer des plans d'actions,
3/ Accompagner les opérationnels dans leur montée en compétence sur le domaine financier
4 /Valider les commandes et travaux financés, réaliser les notes d'écritures éventuelles
5/ Accompagner les chargés d'affaires dans la mise à jour de leur portefeuille de commandes
6/ Participer à la formalisation des supports de reporting
