๐Ÿš€Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant

Salary: ยฃ26,000 - ยฃ30,000 (pro-rata for part-time) + bonus!

Location: West Midlands or East Midlands

Weโ€™re on the lookout for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team on a full-time or part-time basis.

This is a 360 recruitment role, meaning you will be responsible for both sourcing candidates and identifying suitable employer opportunities. If youโ€™re a people-person with a passion for education and a talent for building strong connections, this could be the perfect role for you!

โœจWhat Youโ€™ll Be Doing โœจ

๐Ÿ”—Employer Engagement: Actively seek out and build relationships with employers, identifying apprenticeship opportunities and promoting Juniper Training as a trusted partner.

๐ŸŒŸInspiring the Next Generation: Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools, and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training has to offer.

๐ŸคGetting to Know Learners: Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand their goals and match them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities.

๐Ÿ’กProviding Guidance: Be a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed choices about their career paths.

๐Ÿ“‹Staying Organised: Keep accurate records of your activities using our CRM system (donโ€™t worry, weโ€™ll show you the ropes).

๐Ÿ‘ฅTeamwork: Collaborate with program managers and tutors to ensure learners feel supported every step of the way.

โœ…What You Need to Bring to the Table โœ…

โœ” Experience in a recruitment -ideally 360 role (bonus points if itโ€™s within education or training).

โœ” Strong employer engagement skills and experience building business relationships.

โœ” Brilliant communication skillsโ€”youโ€™re great at connecting with people from all walks of life.

โœ” Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a difference.

โœ” Comfortable using CRM systems (or willing to learn).

โœ” Excellent time management and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

โœ” Someone who is happy to attend our Head Office in Wolverhampton once per week

โœ” You will need a full driving licence with business cover and access to a vehicle.
