If you're curious, ambitious, and open to working anywhere in the world, Trafigura's Apprenticeship Programme could be the opportunity you've been looking for.
You'll begin in our Trade Finance teams, gaining real, hands-on exposure to the commodities industry: how raw materials are sourced, financed, moved, and delivered across the globe. From day one, you'll be a full member of the team with real responsibility, a manager, programme lead, and dedicated support system all invested in your progress.
The learning curve will be steep, and we'll expect a great deal from you in a short space of time. But if you give it everything, we'll make sure your career moves fast.
Perform well during the Apprenticeship year, and you'll be invited to join Trafigura's Development Graduate Programme, alongside candidates with Bachelor's and Master's degrees from leading universities worldwide. You'll arrive with a full year of practical experience inside one of the world's largest commodity trading companies.
