Au sein de l’équipe People Solutions &OptimizationEurope, vous rejoignez CHANEL Europe en alternance pour contribuer au volet projet de l’équipe, sous la responsabilité duDirecteur People Solution andOptimization Vous collaborez directement avec l’équipe ainsi qu’avec l’ensemble des fonctions People & Organisation, IT/HR et Finance à l’échelle européenne.

L’impact que vous pouvez créer chez CHANEL :

  • Contribuer au déploiement du projet ALDEHYLDE, programme structurant pour l’évolution des outils People Solutions en Europe

  • Accompagner l’Allemagne, l’Autriche et les Pays-Bas dans la mise en œuvre de leur projet de gestion des absences

  • Soutenir la Scandinavie dans le déploiement de son projetPayroll, en assurant la coordination avec les parties prenantes locales

  • Faciliter la collaboration entre les fonctions People & Organisation, IT/HR et Finance sur des sujets technologiques transverses

  • Participer à l’implémentation de nouvelles solutions RH (Talent Management, gestion des absences, paie) au service de l’expérience collaborateur

  • Formation en cours (Bac+4/5) avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet, SIRH ou systèmes d’information

  • Esprit critique,mindsetcollaboratif et aisance dans la gestion des parties prenantes / stakeholder management

  • Appétence forte pour la technologie et les outils digitaux

  • Anglais courant indispensable (environnement de travail international)

About the job :

Within the People Solutions & Optimization Europe teambased in Paris, you will join CHANEL Europe as an apprentice to support the project side of the team, reporting tothe People Solution and Optimization Director. You will work directly with team members and collaborate with all People&Organisation, IT/HRand Finance functions across Europe.

  • Contribute to the rollout of the ALDEHYLDE project, a flagshipprogrammetransforming People Solutions tools across Europe

  • Support Germany,Austriaand the Netherlands in deploying their absence management solution

  • Drive coordination with local stakeholders in Scandinavia for the Payroll project implementation

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between People &Organisation, IT/HRand Finance on transversal technology topics

  • Take part in the implementation of new HR solutions (Talent Management, absence management, payroll) that elevate the employee experience
