The IT Architecture and Control (ITAC) team is part of the IT Department and has a transverse role, interacting daily with multiple teams. ITAC coordinates and supports the definition, review, and alignment of ITarchitecturesand practices, ensuring a consistent approach to architecture, control, anomaly management, and policy across theIT environment
Missions
As an apprentice within ITAC, you will contribute to the supervision and control of IT architectureimplementation—especially on network andfirewallsystems.
Your missions willinclude:
Supporting the design, documentation, and governance of ITarchitectures, with a focus on network andfirewallflows.
Participating in the detection and management of IT anomalies, helping to investigate issues and propose corrective actions.
Assistingin the application and review of IT control measures to ensure compliance with defined standards, especially for network andfirewallconfigurations.
Contributing to the standardization and implementation of IT policies,ensuringthey are understood and applied.
Collaborating with multiple teams to gain a broad understanding of IT services and their operational constraints.
Maintaining clear documentation of architectures, controls, anomalies, and policies.
Developing scripts and automation tools to streamline andoptimizeITAC activities, such as architecture reviews, anomaly detection, control checks, and documentation updates.
