About the Opportunity:

Elluca is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Hairdresser who is eager to learn, grow, and build a rewarding long-term career in the hair industry.

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, the successful candidate will receive hands-on training while contributing to exceptional client experiences in a salon that prioritises education, personal development, and professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and caring for clients to ensure an exceptional salon experience.
• Assisting stylists during client services.
• Performing shampooing, treatments, and blow-drying services.
• Preparing colour and maintaining salon cleanliness and presentation.
• Participating in weekly education and training sessions.
• Completing all required TAFE studies and apprenticeship commitments.
• Collaborating effectively with the Elluca team to support daily salon operations.
