Be part of the administrative and logistics activities of a global maritime leader

Join our General Services team, based in Courbevoie, as an apprentice supporting the General Services Manager.

As part of a dynamic team, you will actively contribute to the administrative, logistics, and support activities that ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.

What You Will Do and Learn

Under the supervision of the General Services Manager, you will be a full member of the team and contribute to the following activities:

Administrative & Logistics Management

  • Manage access badges and security: creation, renewal, and archiving of access badges
  • Monitor supply inventory and place orders with suppliers
  • Assist with invoice verification and payment tracking

Spaces & Infrastructure

  • Contribute to premises management and space optimization
  • Participate in managing meeting room reservation calendars
  • Support safety and hygiene-related activities

Supplier Relationships & Contracts

  • Assist with contract monitoring: archiving and renewal alerts
  • Support negotiations with service providers
  • Contribute to administrative management of supplier relationships

User Support

  • Provide general assistance to employees for their logistics needs
  • Respond to routine requests and contribute to user satisfaction

Cross-Functional Projects

  • Contribute to performance indicator tracking and monthly reporting
  • Assist with the logistics organization of internal events

Why This Apprenticeship Is for You

You are currently pursuing a degree in administrative management, logistics, business support, or a related field at Bac+2 to Bac+3 level (BTS SAM, BUT GEA, Licence Gestion, or equivalent)

You have solid knowledge of administrative and logistics management

You have initial experience (internship or previous apprenticeship) in administrative or logistics support

You are proficient in office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and collaborative tools

You demonstrate rigor, organization, autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking

You enjoy teamwork and are comfortable in a multicultural environment

You have a good command of English, both written and spoken, to interact effectively with our international teams
