About the mission we offer you:

For our Reju entity, you will contribute to digital initiatives aimed at developing automation and artificial intelligence / machine learning solutions, from opportunity identification through to prototyping (POC) and, where relevant, making solutions available for use by the various teams (engineering, construction, process, project management, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize digital use cases with business teams (workshops, requirements gathering, scoping, success criteria).
• Develop proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes (scripts, notebooks, lightweight web applications) to demonstrate value.
• Design automation solutions (workflows, batch processing, integrations) and contribute to their industrialization (version control, documentation, deployment, maintenance).
• Develop and evaluate ML/AI models (including, depending on the topics, LLM/RAG, AI agents, image recognition, operations and process optimization) and integrate these models into applications or processes (APIs, services, connectors).
• Collect, prepare, and ensure the reliability of data (quality, traceability) and leverage industrial/real-time data sources where relevant, particularly Aveva PI.
• As needed, produce analyses and reports (e.g. Power BI).
• Support users (support, training, change management) and measure the adoption/impact of solutions.
• Apply internal data security and confidentiality rules.

Throughout this apprenticeship, you will be supported by an apprenticeship supervisor who will be available to answer your questions.

About you:

We would be delighted to meet you and discuss your fit for this position. To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Bac+4/5 degree (engineering school in computer science) with a strong interest in software development and AI.
• Proficiency in Python required (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries) and good development practices (readability, testing, Git).
• Knowledge of key ML/AI models and libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, transformers ecosystem for LLM/RAG).
• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET Core is a plus.
• Web development skills appreciated (JavaScript, web frameworks, Angular). Experience with Django and/or Streamlit is an asset.
• Ability to understand a business need, propose a solution, and iterate quickly (POC).
• Experience with Aveva PI and/or industrial data is appreciated. Power BI may be used as needed.
• Power Apps and Power Automate are a major asset.
• You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
• You have strong communication skills and an analytical and synthetic mindset. You enjoy working in a team and are naturally curious.
