YOUR ROLE
You are responsible for monitoring, recording, and tracking the department’s expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with payment deadlines.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Register supplier invoices in DIGIDOC
Maintain and update an expense tracking file (Excel), consolidating all departmental expenses retrieved from DIGIDOC and C‑ MONA, in close collaboration with your tutor
Ensure supplier payment deadlines are met and follow up on outstanding payments, in direct liaison with the Accounting department
Retrieve corporate credit card data from C&GO and record transactions in the expense tracking file
Register work-related quotations in C‑ MONA, working alongside your tutor
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Degree or ongoing studies in Accounting or Finance
Strong proficiency in IT and office tools, with a solid command of Excel
Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.
Open-minded, proactive, and with good interpersonal communication skills.
Operational level of English (written and spoken).
