We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Apprenticeship Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of apprenticeship programmes. You’ll play a key role in managing learner records, ensuring compliance, and providing a positive experience for apprentices and employers throughout their journey.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating apprenticeships from enrolment to completion
• Managing learner records (ILRs/ILPs) and ensuring compliance with ESFA, DWP, and OFSTED standards
• Acting as a key point of contact for learners, employers, and internal teams
• Supporting onboarding, documentation, and audit readiness
• Maintaining accurate data across systems and ensuring all documentation is up to date

What we’re looking for:

• Strong administration or customer-facing experience
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Confident user of Microsoft Office

Desirable: Apprenticeship or education sector experience and knowledge of funding rules
