A growing business in the Adelaide Hills, Carnevore' Livestock Processing, is seeking a motivated Apprentice Butcher to join its team. The role is ideally suited to a 2nd to 4th year apprentice, though a hardworking and enthusiastic 1st year will also be considered.
The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in whole carcass butchery, learning traditional techniques and developing their skills under the guidance of a team of highly experienced and knowledgeable butchers.
