Constantly looking for new talent, we need YOU as a Business Analyst for our expanding Arlo Europe Portfolio.

You will be part of Arlo Europe Portfolio organization and will team-up with former strategy consultants to expand the fast growing portfolio of Arlo Europe.

What does it exactly imply for you?

Your missions :

• Translate customer insights and data (incl. survey, usage, and other data) into innovative personalized initiatives to improve customer growth and loyalty.
• Contribute to customer journey strategy and initiatives informed by customer insights and best-in-class practices (e.g. attrition management, upgrade experience, reactivating an account).
• Partner across Arlo organization (esp. Finance, Marketing, customer Care, and Technology) to execute on initiative across all customer touchpoints and channels.
• Track initiative impact to assess effectiveness and improvement opportunities with a focus on customer upgrade, attrition and reconnection.
• Create business cases for proposed initiatives, used to inform portfolio-wide prioritization decisions.

Your competencies:

• Pursuing a master’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional deductive ability.
• Passion for data and storytelling / journey mapping using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Strong analytical capability paired with a can-do attitude.
• A match to our culture – high energy and flex, and strong communication. Collaborative working is key!
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English, good French command is a plus. You will join an international team.
