Complete Staff Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing auto electrical workshop located in the heart of Grafton's CBD Due to continued business growth, our client is seeking a Automotive Electrician to join their busy and highly regarded team.

The successful candidate will join a professional team that works across a diverse range of automotive electrical services, including diagnostics, air conditioning, caravans, campers, 4WDs, heavy vehicles, machinery, touring vehicle fit-outs, dual battery systems, solar installations, towing solutions, and vehicle accessories. Work is performed both in the workshop and on-site for field service calls.

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct automotive electrical fault diagnosis and repairs
  • Diagnose, service and repair automotive air conditioning systems (where appropriately licensed)
  • Complete electrical installations for caravans, campers and 4WD vehicles
  • Install and configure dual battery systems, including lithium batteries, solar systems and inverters
  • Fit vehicle accessories and perform electrical upgrades
  • Provide exceptional customer service, prepare quotations and manage work orders
  • Attend field service call-outs as required

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or a recognised equivalent qualification; alternatively, current apprentices nearing completion are encouraged to apply
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer service
