Talent Acquisition &EarlyCareerManagement :

  • Support the end-to-endrecruitmentprocess forinternsandapprentices,frombriefingtoonboarding,ensuringaseamlesscandidateexperience

  • Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of Early Career strategy byidentifyinghigh-potential talents and coordinating targeted sourcing initiatives.

  • CollaboratewithHRteamsand managers tooptimizerecruitmenttoolsandprocesses

  • Actively support employer branding initiatives through participation in key events and partnerships with target schools.

People Development :

  • Assist incollectingandanalysingfeedback from officeandretailtalentregardingtheirdevelopmentexperienceandneeds, andcareeraspirations.

  • Support the design ofdevelopmentpathsbyresearchingmarkettrendsandbest practicesincareerdevelopment

  • Helpcoordinatecareerdevelopmentprogrammes andevents,includingscheduling,logistics, and communicationwithparticipants andproviders

  • Assist ingatheringandorganizingdata oninternaltalent (e.g.,skillsinventories, performancestatistics, etc.) to support succession planningand talent pipeline.

  • Collaborateoncraftingandupdatingcommunicationpiecesaboutperformance,goal-setting, andcareeropportunitieswithinthe House.

  • Maintainorganizedrecords ofprojectdocumentation andensureeasyaccessto keyresourcesfor theteam

Your Profile :

  • Initialexperienceinrecruitment, training management, and/orinternalcommunication.

  • Demonstratedprojectmanagementskills

  • Proficientinvideoeditingsoftware.

  • StronginterestincreatingimpactfulPowerPointpresentations

  • Advanced Excelskillsfor KPI monitoring,structuringdatabases, and dataorganization

  • Excellentwritingandorganizationalabilities,witha talent forcraftingimpactfulmessages andpersuadingyouraudience.

  • Fluent Englishisessential (dailyexchangeswithEuropeanmarkets).

  • Rigor, follow-upskills, and respect for deadlines.
