As a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk, you organize national and international shipments via air. You advise customers on the most suitable mode of transport and the best route, negotiate, plan, and coordinate shipments.
At GEODIS, Freight Forwarding is one of the five main business lines, alongside Road Transport, Supply Chain Optimization, Contract Logistics, and Distribution & Express. The Freight Forwarding segment includes air freight, sea freight, multimodal solutions, project logistics, cargo insurance, and customs clearance.
At the Frankfurt location, you will learn everything about air freight from A to Z. The apprenticeship lasts two to three years, depending on your educational background.
