Responsibilities:

Coupa Administrator:

• Responsible in handling and coordinating with IT and Finance team if there are any problem/error in payment process.
• Responsible in maintaining the historical updates for the changes in Commodity (Taxonomy listing).
• Coordinating with COUPA team to create, amend, and delete the COA registered in certain commodities.

Sun GL Coordinator:

• Responsible in handling administration of Sun GL and coordinating with Accounting team to create, amend, and delete the COA in Sun GL.
• Responsible in maintaining the historical updates of the change of Sun GL accounts.

Support Audit Process:

• Assisting in handling and maintaining the data request list from auditor.
• Coordinate the data request with business users and auditor.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) in South Jakarta
• Good in English & daily business communications
• Excellence knowledge in Microsoft excel
• Good knowledge in Accounting
• Committed to do internship for 6 months
