Main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the drafting of scientific documents in English, including slide decks,quality and assurancedocuments, trainingmodulesandregulatory documents

• Coordinate the validation of these documents in collaboration withmedicalexperts and other relevant stakeholders.

• Support the coordination ofglobal projects withinmedicalaffairs, during project setup,advancementand follow-up as needed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members withinmedicalaffairs,regulatoryaffairs,pharmacovigilance, andmarketing.

• Contribute to competitive intelligence efforts, such as performing literature searches and analyzing the data for trends.

• Support the Global Medical Team in the preparation of presentations for key strategic reviews

• Manage theglobalmedicalteam’s calendars and support in the taking of meeting minutes.

Principales responsabilités :

• Contribuer à la rédaction de documents scientifiques en anglais, notamment des présentations PowerPoint, des documents relatifs à la qualité et à l'assurance qualité, des modules de formation et des documents réglementaires

• Coordonner la validation de ces documents en collaboration avec des experts médicaux et d'autres parties prenantes concernées

•Apporter son soutien à la coordination de projets internationaux au sein du département des affaires médicales, lors de la mise en place, du déroulement et du suivi des projets, selon les besoins

• Collaborer avec les membres des équipes interfonctionnelles au sein des affaires médicales, des affaires réglementaires, de la pharmacovigilance et du marketing

•Contribuer aux efforts de veille concurrentielle, notamment en effectuant des recherches documentaires et en analysant les données pour identifier les tendances

•Soutenir l'équipe médicale mondiale dans la préparation des présentations pour les revues stratégiques clés

•Prendre part à la gestion des calendriers de l'équipe médicale mondiale et apporter un soutien à la rédaction des comptes rendus de réunion
