Main responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of programs, from design through deployment, in collaboration with the centers of excellence: Talent, Training, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Brand and Communications, and Digital

• Help strengthen the skills of key teams within Sanofiregardingbest practices in employee experience

• Participate in the analysis of market trends and best practices to bring new perspectives and help position Sanofi as a leader in employee experience

• Contribute to the measurement and reporting of employee experience initiatives using data-driven approaches

• Collaborate on implementing operational improvements for specific touchpoints of the employee experience, in alignment with Sanofi’s employee value proposition and employer brand

• Collaborer à la miseen œuvre des améliorations opérationnelles pour des points de contact spécifiques de l'expérience, en accord avec la proposition de valeur pour les employés et la marque employeur de Sanofi
