KUDO Energy Services is seeking motivated and reliable Apprentice Welders to join their team as Welder’s Helpers. These roles are local to the Bonnyville area and provide hands-on experience supporting welding projects across maintenance, fabrication, and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist experienced welders with daily welding and fabrication tasks
Prepare materials, surfaces, and equipment for welding projects
Support maintenance and repair of pipelines, tanks, structural components, and other machinery
Help ensure welded joints meet strength, integrity, and appearance standards under supervision
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines
Operate and maintain basic welding tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions
Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times
Assist with other tasks as directed by supervisors
Qualifications:
Enrolled in a welding apprenticeship program
Valid Class 5 Operator’s License with acceptable three-year driver’s abstract
Proof of H2S, CSTS-2020, and CSO certifications
Basic knowledge of welding tools and techniques is an asset
Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety-conscious mindset
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and outdoors as needed
Willingness to learn and take direction
Work Details:
Schedule: Full-time, immediate start
Compensation: Rate depends on experience and level of apprenticeship
